There is no physical shipping, no packaging, and no waiting for a courier. Once your payment is confirmed, we
send your product directly to your WhatsApp number.

Our typical delivery timeframes are:
- Software Keys & Game Keys: 1–10 minutes after payment confirmation.

What You Need to Provide
For certain products, we require additional information from you to complete delivery:
- Game Credits (PUBG UC, Free Fire Diamonds, Roblox Robux, COD Points): Your in-game Player
ID and server region.
- Subscription products: Just your WhatsApp number — no other details needed.
- Software & Game Keys: No additional info needed — key is sent directly.
- ChatGPT Plus: Your existing OpenAI account email address.
Please double-check your Player ID before sharing it with us. We cannot
reverse credits sent to an incorrect account.
Once your product is delivered, you will receive a WhatsApp message containing your key, credentials, or
confirmation of top-up. Please check:
- That the key is complete and not truncated.
- That credentials include both username/email and password.
- That game credits reflect in your account within the stated timeframe.
If anything looks incorrect or incomplete, contact us immediately. Do not attempt to activate a key you
suspect is incorrect — contact us first.

Failed or Delayed Delivery
In the rare event your delivery is delayed or fails:
- Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 331 4887713 — we monitor our queue constantly.
- Provide your name and the product you ordered.
- We will re-process your order or escalate it immediately.
Delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, but we never abandon an order. Every paid
order is fulfilled or refunded.
We have a 100% fulfilment rate — if you paid, you will receive your
product.

VoltzHub serves customers primarily in Pakistan, but many of our products are global keys
compatible worldwide. We deliver to any WhatsApp number, regardless of location.
Please check the product listing for any region restrictions before purchasing. Products labelled 'Global
Key' are compatible in all regions.
